"I had a rough idea of what I wanted our new home build to look like. We had some design challenges as we plan to build our home in stages over a number of years. I spent countless hours browsing the internet for inspiration, and went through piles of graph paper and #2 pencils trying to turn my ideas into reality. I should have called Brandon sooner.
The first thing that impressed me was Brandon's level of customer service...almost a rarity nowadays. He actually answered when I called and returned messages promptly. He was very responsive to calls, emails, and texts.
The second thing that caught my attention was his creative vision. He will design what you want but will also suggest alternatives that you might not have considered. You won't get this type of valuable design feedback from a lumberyard draftsmen.
Lastly ( although I could go on...) was the attention to detail. It's the little things really that transform four walls and a roof into a custom home. Also there is a balancing act to achieve the proper scale when designing a new home - window sizes and location, roof pitches, etc...
In the end, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brandon to others and we look forward to using his services again in the future." -S.D.
